The Tour

We spent the day in Austin hanging out at a bunch of our old favorites, about 1/2 way through the day we realized we were on "the tour". Many of you will remember our tour - we'd all pile into a car or two or even the back of Paul's truck and head out to the lakes, Amy's ice-cream, the Capitol, the bats, etc.

This time we included our old house, our old apartment on Town Lake, Amy's ice-cream, we had lunch at the Green Mesquite on Barton Springs (if you go there look for our family picture under the glass on one of the tables by the front door) we hiked around Zilker Gardens, went to HEB (one of the places I miss the most : ) and of course toured the Capitol. After Joel's Squirrel adventure at the Riverwalk we spent the rest of our trip making friends with every squirrel we came across....

We sure miss Texas and look forward to being home!
