Best Friends Forever Band

You've probably noticed that we seem to have two extra kids in a lot of our blog postings. These two boys live right behind us and all the boys love to play together.... ALL ... the .... time. So they're pretty close.

I took this picture from our front porch today. Joel pulled out his instruments & started jamming and before long everybody jumped in. Jacob, playing the harmonica, made up a song called the Best Friends Forever Band and all the boys played along. (Check out Caleb gettin down on the triangle - & Mike I thought you might enjoy Joel's drum kit)

They were very entertaining - got lots of cheers from passerbys- and even got $1.40 in tips! Once the money started "rolling" in Caleb announced, "I know guys, we need to make up some songs about God, then we'll really make some money!"

I cracked up laughing, then made note to self... talk to Caleb about why we sing songs about God. : ) But, you have to admit, he'd make a great entrepreneur. He's already figured out his target audience in Wilmore.
